An Integrative approach in psychotherapy is a flexible approach that combines elements from different schools of psychotherapy to create a tailored treatment plan for each individual. It aims to integrate various aspects of a person's experience, including their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and body, to foster a sense of wholeness and self-awareness.
