I collect only the information that is needed to provide safe, effective therapy and to manage our professional relationship. This may include your name and contact details, relevant background information, session notes, and payment information. I use this information to provide therapy. manage bookings and payments, and to meet legal and professional obligations.
While we are working together
Our conversations are confidential. I take brief clinical notes to support the work we do together and to ensure continuity of care. Notes are factual and relevant to therapy. I do not record sessions. I will only share information with your consent, if I am concerned about a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or if required by law.

Storage, sharing and security
Your information is stored securely using encrypted, password-protected systems. I do not sell or share your data. Information is only shared with trusted service providers (such as my website host or booking system who are GDPR-compliant and bound by confidentiality. 2018.
How long information is kept
I keep information only for as long as necessary to meet professional, legal and tax obligations.
