Open-Ended Counselling
& Psychotherapy

“Supporting deeper exploration, at your pace.”

The benefits of open-ended counselling
and integrative psychotherapy

Open-ended counselling and integrative psychotherapy sessions are available for as long as you feel necessary.

I offer regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, scheduled according to your convenience, as outlined in our therapeutic agreement.

This kind of therapy is ideal if you’re ready to go deeper—whether that means exploring long-standing patterns, healing past wounds, or understanding the roots of anxiety or low self-worth.

There’s no pressure to “fix” things quickly—just space to be with what’s real and grow from there.

Unlike short-term therapy, an open-ended approach provides a safe space without session limitations. This freedom allows us to delve deep into underlying issues and address deeply rooted challenges.

Blended Approaches

The main branches of therapy include Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Approaches.

I bring together various theories and concepts, to deepen the work and help you make sense of your experiences from multiple perspectives. This integration always happens in collaboration with you and only when it aligns with your specific goals.

Experience Transformation through Integration

Working integratively means we can look at things from new angles—bringing fresh insight to old patterns. By weaving in different approaches at the right time, we create space for meaningful shifts to happen—emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
