Open-Ended & Short-Term Therapy

Flexible ways of working, shaped around what you need from therapy.

Therapy That Can Adapt to You

You don't need to decide the length of therapy in advance. We can begin with an open mind and review together as we go.

Some people choose open-ended therapy to explore long-standing patterns and deeper themes. Others prefer short-term therapy to focus on a specific challenge or goal. Both can be effective and meaningful.

Open-Ended Counselling

& Psychotherapy

Space for deeper exploration, without a predetermined number of sessions.

Open-ended therapy allows time and space to understand yourself more fully, work through complex or recurring patterns, and make lasting changes at your own pace.

We move at a pace that feels right for you, with regular opportunities to reflect on progress and what you need from therapy.

  • Explore deeper patterns and underlying causes

  • Process past experiences and their impact

  • Build self-awareness and emotional resilience

  • Work towards lasting, meaningful change

Short-Term, Focused Therapy

A focused period of therapy centred around a particular concern or goal.

Short-term therapy offers structure and focus to help you work through a specific issue, make a decision, or navigate a period of change.

You'll gain insight, clarity and practical tools to support your progress in a time-limited way.

  • Address a specific issue or challenge

  • Develop practical strategies and coping tools

  • Gain clarity and make informed decisions

  • Create positive change in a defined timeframe
