I deliver online sessions through a secure, professional telehealth platform that’s HIPAA-compliant — protecting your privacy with encrypted session links and automated reminders. Clients also receive access to a private client portal, handouts, resources, and reflective exercises to enhance the therapy experience.

Online EMDR — Flexible, Affordable Sessions
EMDR therapy can also be delivered remotely using built-in bilateral stimulation (BLS) tools for a full therapeutic experience. My remote sessions are offered at accessible prices to make therapy more inclusive, while a limited number of in-person EMDR appointments are available in the Purbecks, Dorset.
Remote sessions are available UK-wide.
In-person therapy & EMDR Sessions
In-person therapy and EMDR sessions, spaces are often fully booked, but when available they are run from my private office in the Purbeck's Dorset, UK.
