My Approach...
A Compassionate Space to Explore, Reflect & Grow
"Whether you're feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, low self-worth or people-pleasing—or perhaps simply longing to feel more like yourself again—I offer a warm, non-judgmental, reflective space where we can begin to slow things down and understand what’s going on beneath the surface."

How I Work
As an integrative therapist, I work intuitively and adaptively—drawing from humanistic values, body-based tools, parts work (IFS), mindfulness, and evidence-informed practices like EMDR, EFIT, and CBT-informed techniques. Every person is different, so we’ll shape the therapy to fit you—not the other way around.

Clients often describe my approach as calm, grounded, and gently restorative—especially helpful for those navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, or big life transitions.

My Story
My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and personal healing.
Since the late 1990s, I’ve followed a deep interest in emotional wellbeing—starting with holistic therapies and coaching, then later qualifying as a counsellor and Integrative psychotherapist.
Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse community settings, including Health & Social Care aligned wellbeing initiatives and contract work with the criminal justice system. These experiences deepened my belief that therapy is not just about “fixing what’s broken”—it’s about reconnecting with your sense of safety, clarity, and inner strength.
Today, I work in private practice with adults online throughout the UK, and offer limited in-person EMDR sessions in Dorset.
