How I work
As an Integrative Therapist and Wellbeing Coach, I blend approaches that support both healing and growth. Every client is different, so together we’ll shape therapy around your needs, not the other way around.
My work combines
🌿 Humanistic, Emotion-Focused & Compassion-Focused Therapy – to support deep processing, healing, and self-acceptance.
🌱 Solution-Focused & Cognitive-Behavioural Approaches – including CBT, ACT, DBT, MBCT, IPT and Gottman tools – to build practical skills for resilience, relationships, and meaningful change.

My Story
My path into this work began with my own lived experiences and a passion for personal development, which grew into professional training and practice. With a background in coaching, support work, and counselling across community and justice settings, I now focus on private practice — helping people find clarity, resilience, and connection in their lives.
Today, I work in private practice with adults online throughout the UK, and offer limited in-person EMDR sessions in Dorset.
